In rare circumstances additional testing may be recommended. This is charged at an hourly rate of $230.
Payment Time Frames
Due to the number of hours that need to be allocated to all assessments, bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to the initial consult. You will be invoiced for the initial consult and subsequent assessment sessions 14 days before the appointment date, and payment is required within a week (7 days prior to the appointment date). Report writing begins once payment has been made and will be supplied within 2 to 3 weeks of payment being received.
Cancellation Fees
As you would appreciate, cancellations impact significantly on small business. If you choose not to go ahead with your assessment, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation with notice of 7 days or more will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation with notice of between 48 hours and 7 days will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the fee.
Cancellation of 48 hours or less (including no-shows) will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of fee.
